Punita Bhasin is a creative intellectual property and transactional counsel with a broad range of experience advising clients on contracts, technology transactions, innovation, and its protection. She has significant experience working with tech startups, supporting their growth from early-stage development through commercialization.

Punita has demonstrated expertise in developing contract drafting and management approaches, strategies to protect IP domestically and internationally, managing in- and out-licensing activities, and overseeing product licensing.

Punita holds a PhD in Biophysics and subsequently graduated magna cum laude from John F. Kennedy University School of Law (now part of National University) (J.D.). Punita is admitted to practice law in California and is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
