Kevin joined Dellenbach Venture Counsel Ltd. in September 2016. Kevin represents clients in venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions transactions, including drafting and negotiating letters of intent, agreements and plans of merger, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, capitalization tables and other transaction-related documents. Kevin also represents companies and investors in debt and equity financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating term sheets and all transaction-related documents.

Kevin earned a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School in 2013 and is a member of the State Bar of California. Kevin graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
