Jazzie joined Dellenbach Venture Counsel Ltd. as attorney in 2025 after clerking for the firm in 2021. Jazzie represents clients in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.

Jazzie earned a Juris Doctor degree from University of California, Davis in 2022 and is a member of the State Bar of California. Jazzie graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
