Daniel Harvath is a seasoned attorney in the digital arena. He has advised technology, software, Internet, media, life science, energy, real estate, financial, wealth management and other high-growth ventures and their investors in Silicon Valley, the US and worldwide since 1999.
Daniel is also an entrepreneur with a diverse professional background. Daniel is currently admitted and licensed to practice law in California and Idaho. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in New York and has a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from Brigham Young University in Utah.
Daniel is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys loving everyone unconditionally and helping others, writing, learning new languages, personal coaching, daily mindfulness meditations, reading, eating good food, trail running, body conditioning, a bit of swimming, camping and travel. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission in Chile. His Spanish is very good and still improving. He also enjoys practicing his French, Italian and ASL with Portuguese next on his language list.
